This early 20th century arts and crafts period home in Philadelphia's Main Line lacked a covered outdoor area. Further, the family entrance sequence from the driveway to the house led through a cramped vestibule. JBNai designed an addition which not only added a covered patio, but expanded the Family Entry with a space for a built-in bench + lockers, Laundry, and a Wetbar that adds a second route between the kitchen and the dining room. A wood burning outdoor fireplace, grilling station, and exterior lounge combine with the interior's showcase bar to help the owners of this home truly seize the day.
